By using PlayPick at playpick.io, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the Service

PlayPick provides free, browser-based tools including a wheel spinner, team randomizer, random name picker, number generator, dice roller, bingo card generator, countdown timer, scoreboard, and live quiz. No account is required to use any of these tools.

You may use PlayPick for personal, educational, and entertainment purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, abuse or overload API routes, attempt to reverse-engineer the application, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

Live Quiz Rooms

The live quiz feature allows you to host multiplayer quiz sessions. Quiz rooms are temporary and expire after a set period. You are responsible for the content of any quiz questions you create. Do not submit content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or illegal.

Player names entered to join a quiz room are stored temporarily for the duration of the session and are not linked to any account or retained after the room expires.

No Warranties

PlayPick is provided "as-is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, error-free, or that tool outputs will be suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for how you use the results produced by our tools.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayPick and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on PlayPick is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the site without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

PlayPick uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data and may display ads via Google AdSense. Your use of PlayPick is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of PlayPick after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
